Return Policy

We are confident that you will love using RéjuvaSea® and will be thrilled with the results. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we have a dedicated Customer Care process to support you when a product return is necessary.

RéjuvaSea® product returns require approval from the RéjuvaSea® Office including, if requested, a reasonable opportunity to inspect the products in question. Returns will be accepted only from Authorized RéjuvaSea® Resellers. RéjuvaSea® will not return products that were purchased from Tradeshows, unauthorized Resellers, or End-Consumers directly.

To initiate a return, call 1-800.763.0904. Customer service will collect information from you, determine if the products are eligible for return along with the next steps of the process. For a product to be eligible for return, the two following conditions must apply:

1) Product defects & spoilage due to shipping within 30 calendar days of the receipt date of purchase

  • A detailed description of the damage is provided to the Customer Care team
  • Product(s) is returned in the condition it was received

2) Significant skin reactions with a detailed description of the issue is provided.

  • For skin reactions, please be prepared to answer questions about the signs & symptoms of the reaction, details about the End-Consumer’s skin care regimes, allergies, or recent professional treatments.
  • Unused portion of the product(s) is returned—even if the containers are empty.

NOTE: RéjuvaSea® will not accept product returns or replacements for the following:

  • General Customer or End-Consumer dissatisfaction
  • Lack of sales
  • Testers (due to the unregulated condition of use and storage)
  • Products received 6 or more months prior to the return request
  • Products not stored according to the Required Conditions of Storage outlined in the Terms & Conditions
  • RéjuvaSea® is not liable for missing packages with confirmed delivery by courier

Replacements & Credits

  • If a return is approved, a replacement or credit note will be issued within 10 calendar days of receipt at an RéjuvaSea® warehouse (less shipping and handling).
  • You will be notified via email once the return has been processed
  • Replacement products, at no charge, of the same item will be sent.
  • Return products must be received and accounted for at a RéjuvaSea® warehouse before credit notes are made available for future orders or replacements can be sent. In the event that replacements are sent out in advance and the return products are not received back within 60 days, the equivalent value of the replacement products will be charged to the account
  • RéjuvaSea® does not offer credit notes for products that were sent out at no charge on the original order.
  • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • For order processing errors made by the Authorized RéjuvaSea® Reseller, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the replacement order or to the related credit card. We want you to be completely happy with your RéjuvaSea® purchase.
